About the event
We'll be starting off with connecting to our bodies and what has been stored as well as our chakras and joints deepening and creating new bridges of awareness within our selves.
i will then begin calling in everyone's spirit guides for them to connect to as well as doing Reiki Healing on everyone and releasing any old stagnancy from the body.
you will leave each session feeling ready to take on the week ahead, much lighter confident and connected to self there will be stones available for purchase to assist you in your journey.
